Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week

If you’re in the market for a kick-butt workout plan that is both challenging and fun, today’s giveaway is perfect for you!

Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.

Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.

Best Body Bootcamp

Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:

  • Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
  • Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
  • A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”

Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

    I’d love to participate in Best Body Bootcamp because it would be a nice clear way to start off the new year! I wouldn’t have to worry about creating my own exercise plan at the start of 2013, it would already be created for me!

    I used to have a personal trainer, but she moved away and I haven’t found a new one. I think this program would be perfect for me so I could follow the program without searching on line for a good workout every time I go to the gym.

    I have been so jealous of your boot camps! I love circuit training and boot camps. I feel I get a better wipeout with only 20-30 minutes of circuits vs. long cardio sessions! Thanks for your awesome give-aways!

    I would love to participate in the best body boot camp! I’m in grad school, so I don’t have a lot of free time, and I definitely don’t have money to spend on a workout plan. Even though $25 isn’t a lot of money, I’m incredibly broke, especially around the holidays. I would love to have a workout plan that I could do at home if I wanted!

    I love your’s and Tina’s blog and have been wanting to try her BBBC since I read about it. I find working out much easier when I go into the gym with a plan and BBBC would do just that. A fresh start for the new year!

    I’d love to win this! I love getting a great cardio workout in, but sometimes get lazy with the strength exercises I plan on doing, even though I love the payoff they give. It’s so easy to put them off for the next day!
    All I need is a little something to keep me accountable, and this sounds perfect! 🙂

    I can’t tell you how many times I have told myself “if I just had someone to tell me what to do” for a workout…you can only do the same dvd workout…you know? Gym’s are so expensive but walking is free…so that’s what I do….this is so affordable that I’m sure I will try it even if I don’t win…but I hope I do 🙂

    Winter has put me in kind of a fitness rut because I’m not as enthusiastic to run outside (my favorite thing to do), so this would be perfect for me and hopefully give me some motivation. After reading your rave reviews of the program, I’m sure I would love it too!

    I have been participating in Tina’s boot camp for the past three rounds and I have been loving them! It is so nice to have my workouts already planned out so I don’t even have to think about it! It would be awesome to participate in this next round as well! 🙂

    Like many readers, I am also in a workout rut and would love to try BBBC! It’d be nice having my workouts laid out for me and head to the gym with a gameplan instead of hopping on the elliptical yet again. I love how it seems to incorporate cardio and strength training!

    I would love to win this bootcamp thing!! I am a brand new reader to your blog. I fell off the exercise wagon in the past month because I started a full-time job and continued with full-time school. Finals are KICKING my BUTT, but I will be able to get back into the swing of things in about a week!! This will be something new and exciting to really jumpstart my workout routines for the new year!

    I would love to win Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp because I feel I need a new routine to get me out of my slump. Since getting married this past October, I feel that my workouts have been lacking and my motivation has been in the toilet. I need something new to drive me back to the body I once had. I’ve been intrigued since you started doing her bootcamp and talking about it on your blog. It would be amazing if I won this and hopefully give me what I need :).

    I find that I fall all too often into a cardio rut. As much as I love cardio, I always feel better when I incorporate high intensity strength training circuits into my workout routine. I need a little holiday motivation to get me going again!

    I would love to do this bootcamp because I love fast but effective circuit workouts. I always have to look up workouts online to do or make up my own which gets a little mundane and boring, so having something like this would be really exciting!
