The shoe is ideal for cross-functional workouts like CrossFit and features a reduced midsole/outsole heel height of 4mm to help provide greater stability to safely perform lifts at the gym.
Plus, the pink and black color combination is pretty darn cute!

I’d give these shoes a try just to see what is comfy now that my feet are a bit wider. It’s near the end of my pregnancy and my feet a bit bigger and it’s hard to find a comfy tennis shoe! Would LOVE to try these out!

i’d love these shoes for cross fit! i started cross-fitting over the summer, and have yet to find the perfect pair of minimal shoes for lifting heavy weights, but for also doing cardio things like burpees and med ball slamps!

these would be awesome for my strength training workouts! i currently run in nike frees and i noticed that they do nothing for support when i do strenght/circuit training so these would be a useful additional to my workout wardrobe.

Need to incorporate strength training at gym on regular basis and a my first pair of crossfit training shoes would be a great motivator for me! (new running shoes usually do it for me but due to recent knee injury running days are behind me )
