A perfectly fluffy and oh-so-creamy recipe for maple cinnamon whipped cream with just the right hint of pure maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon. Enjoy this delicious topping on everything from ice cream to apple pie!

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large chilled bowl, combine whipping cream, vanilla and powdered sugar. (You may also use a whisk to whip up the cream by hand if you want to put in a little extra effort.) Using a handmixer with beaters attached or a standmixer with the whipping attachment, begin whipping the cream, vanilla and sugar. The cream will remain liquid for a few minutes, then some bubbles will begin to form. Continue whipping as the cream begins to thicken. It is ready when stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the maple syrup and cinnamon. (Add additional cinnamon or syrup to taste, if desired.) Serve immediately or cover in an air-tight container for up to 10 hours and re-whisk briefly before serving.
