A few months ago, I blogged about NatureBox and the giveaway was a huge hit! When I had the opportunity to work with NatureBox again this month, I jumped at the chance since I know many of you out there are always in the market for delicious and nutritious snack options.
Just in case you aren’t familiar with NatureBox or you missed my last post, NatureBox is a monthly subscription service that send a box of nutritionist-approved snacks to your doorstop. You can choose a box filled with five bags of snacks (the “Deluxe Snacker” for $19.95), 10 bags (the “Happy Snacker” for $29.95) or 20 bags (the “Smart Snacker” for $49.95). The boxes ship for free (with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska where shipping is $1.97) and each snack bag within the box is a full-size bag with three to five snack servings in it.
Before I received my NatureBox shipment this time, I decided to customize my order. For my last box, I went the “discovery” route and was surprised with a box full of snacks that NatureBox chose for me. I loved not knowing what I would receive and had fun digging into my box when it arrived. This time, however, I took the time to sort through the NatureBox website and select snacks that immediately popped out at me.
You can sort through snacks in a variety of ways making it easy to find snacks that cater to your preferences (no sugar added, gluten free, vegan, nut free, non-GMO, salty, sweet, etc.).
Since I didn’t have any dietary restrictions, I perused everything and ended up with the following snacks in my box:
- Dark Cocoa Almonds
- Roasted Sea Salt Chickpeas
- Mexicana Mango
- Chipotle Maple Almonds
- Sunshine Chips
- Everything Bagel Stix (Surprise bonus snack!)
My absolute favorite snack from this shipment was the Mexicana Mango (followed closely by the Dark Cocoa Almonds). I have a really hard time finding dried mango without any added sugar in Ocala, so this was a special treat!
Though the snacks I received were great on their own, I found myself incorporating them into my meals to amp up the flavor and combining them with other foods to make them last a little longer!
A sprinkling of the roasted sea salt chickpeas added crunch and texture to a lunchtime salad:
Dark cocoa almonds and dried mango made an afternoon cup of plain Greek yogurt taste like a treat:
A quick three-ingredient trail mix made with chipotle maple almonds, roasted sea salt chickpeas and everything bagel sticks helped fuel me through the work day:
And now here is your chance to win a NatureBox subscription!
Two PBF readers will win a free 6-month subscription to NatureBox.
To enter this giveaway, browse the NatureBox snack page and comment back on this post telling me which snack you’d most like to try if you win. Please note that this giveaway is open only to readers within the United States. If you would like to try NatureBox for yourself, you may also use the coupon code PBF50 to receive 50 percent off your first box of any size (valid for new customers only).
I will randomly select a giveaway winner on Thursday.
Good luck!
