To the runners and lovers of cute fitness-themed t-shirts out there, I have a fun giveaway for you today!
A few weeks ago I was sent a t-shirt from Oiselle, a company that makes comfortable, functional and attractive women’s running apparel.
(So soft!)
They also make RUNDIES!
I’m not sure I’d want the word “fartlek” on my butt (potty humor gets me every time), but I think the rest of the Rundies are so fun. What a creative idea!
I received the FA T-shirt from Oiselle, which appealed to me immediately since I am a big fan of The Sound of Music.
Though it’s hard to see in the above picture, the t-shirt says, “Fa, a long, long way to run.” (Don’t feel bad if the desire to sing “Do-Re-Mi” just hit you like a ton of bricks. It happens to the best of us.)
Oiselle apparel may be found in a variety of retailers, including Fleet Feet, Track Shack, Feet First, Spikes and Lloyd Clarke, among others. You may also click here to find a retailer that carries Oiselle apparel near you.
Now for the fun part!
One PBF reader will win an Oiselle t-shirt of their own!
To enter this giveaway, simply comment below, telling me about one important feature that a workout top must possess for you to fall in love with it. (Example: Built in bra, cute colors, dri fit, long length, etc.)
I will randomly select a winner tomorrow.
Good luck!
The perfect workout top has to be wicking, relatively long and not too tight in the armpits or have uncomfortable seams on the shoulders/underarm.
It must be LONG! I have the longest torso ever!
I have to have a long shirt. If it rides up at all, I get flustered. 🙂
And moisture wicking is a must.
LOVE when they come in fun colors. and a quick-dry material is great too!
When buying running shirts i typically make sure they have built in bras and are form fitting.
dri-fit and lengthy for sure!
moisture wicking is sooooo necessary
The shirt must be long enough and breathable. There is nothing worse then having to lift up your shirt air out your body or have you bellybutton creep out while your running.
Pockets!! And of course a flattering cut (read longer), and fun colour is hard to pass up on!
I’ve heard lots about Oiselle since joining twitter and the blog world – http://www.solanaleigh.wordpress.com recently, but I’ve never seen their products in a store, or tried them I’d love to give them a go, since all I hear is good things!!
Something dri-fit and comfortable, without being too loose.
It must be long. I hate having to pull at my shirt if it rides up during a workout! So distracting!
My work out shirt needs to be fitted but long enough to not ride up and loose enough to move my arms comfortably.
I love dri-fit clothes!!!
It has to be long enough so I don’t have to tug it down while I run!
Dri-fit is always cool, but it definitely needs to be long. Cannot stand if a shirt is riding up during a workout
Dri fit and longer length!
I love The Sound of Music too! My only requirement for running shirts is that they’re fitted. I just get too sweaty in a regular T-shirt!
My workout tops need to fit perfectly (not too tight or too loose, plus long enough) and be dri-fit… and if it’s in fun colors… all the better!
My pet peeve is when the shirts ride up my hips, so a long length is a must!
dry fit for sure!!
Must be long! (just a little too short shirts got left in the 90s, thank goodness) Seamless isn’t necessary, but needs to be soft enough fabric that the inner arm doesn’t chafe – I can’t be the only one who has that problem!
I would say Long and dri fit. I hate when my shirt rides up during my work outs and course the colors need to be cute too :).
I love longer length running shirts. Cute design/color is great too!
I love bright colors! Fitted, but not too tight! A great quick dry fabric that helps me stay cool on a long sweaty run.
I’m tall (5’10) so it has to be long enough and not too narrow in the shoulders/tight in the pits. I want to be able to move my arms without chafing! And no built-in bra!
How do you get all of these free things!?
I love when workout tops are long and do not ride up!
I need my tops to be lightweight. I don’t like to wear anything heavy. But, it doesn’t hurt if it’s cute and colorful too!
I need to feel confident in them!
It absolutely CAN NOT BE COTTON! Oh the chafing!
For me a workout shirt must be long enough, I don’t want to be doing tricep presses and showing off my belly button. Big bonus points if it’s moisture wicking and fitted without being skin tight. What can I say, I’m picky 🙂
I hate shirts that are too loose or tight. These are all so cute
Dri-fit for sure! And I hate when shirts ride up.. Nothing worse than being in the running grove and having to keep pull your shirt down!
I just need the shirt to be a good fit. I find that so many race/workout shirts are what I call “fat shirts.” They’re super super wide and make me look pretty frumpy. I’d love to find more shirts that are well tailored and flattering.
Must be long enough and not too wide and fun colors are always a plus:)
For me, a workout shirt must fit right – not too tight but fitted enough
Long and doesn’t ride up. Also, not too fitted.
Dri-fit for sure!
A good workout shirt definitely has to be wicking, I sweat like a maniac! I also love cute patterns/graphics, it doesn’t hurt to look good while gettin my sweat on!
A great workout shirt for me has a wicking material and is a bit longer in length!
i like dri-fit shirts! and not too fitted or else they bunch up around the waist and expose ze belly.
Dry-fit with wicking fabric, long enough, must not ride up, must be fitted but not too fitted. Ideally. And a V or scoop neck is preferable to a crew. No, I’m not high maintenance, why do you ask?
The shirt has to be long so it doesn’t rid up, and not completely clash with my bright colored running shorts!
I want my running shirts to be long enough to not ride up and light enough that I don’t feel weighed down
LENGTH! I’m tall so this is a must.
A running top must be long enough for me! It bothers me when it rides up! I also enjoy cute colors in workout shirts but hey who doesn’t :0
for me, i have to have a shirt that’s long. if it is constantly riding up, i am so annoyed!
A good workout shirt should definitely be sweat wicking, be comfortable and flattering. Cute colors or designs are also a big plus.
Those oiselle shirts are so cute!
Love Oiselle! My shirts must be functional, yet look feminine! No boxy-man tops!
Dri-fit! I always finish a run in a pool of sweat!
cute shirt! for me workout shirts need to be dry fit and sweat wicking–I hate getting overheated during a workout.
