To the runners and lovers of cute fitness-themed t-shirts out there, I have a fun giveaway for you today!
A few weeks ago I was sent a t-shirt from Oiselle, a company that makes comfortable, functional and attractive women’s running apparel.
(So soft!)
They also make RUNDIES!
I’m not sure I’d want the word “fartlek” on my butt (potty humor gets me every time), but I think the rest of the Rundies are so fun. What a creative idea!
I received the FA T-shirt from Oiselle, which appealed to me immediately since I am a big fan of The Sound of Music.
Though it’s hard to see in the above picture, the t-shirt says, “Fa, a long, long way to run.” (Don’t feel bad if the desire to sing “Do-Re-Mi” just hit you like a ton of bricks. It happens to the best of us.)
Oiselle apparel may be found in a variety of retailers, including Fleet Feet, Track Shack, Feet First, Spikes and Lloyd Clarke, among others. You may also click here to find a retailer that carries Oiselle apparel near you.
Now for the fun part!
One PBF reader will win an Oiselle t-shirt of their own!
To enter this giveaway, simply comment below, telling me about one important feature that a workout top must possess for you to fall in love with it. (Example: Built in bra, cute colors, dri fit, long length, etc.)
I will randomly select a winner tomorrow.
Good luck!
Whitney says
I love dri – fit workout shirts that fit just right (not too tight or too loose)
Erin says
I think long enough length and dri-fit are the top two for workout tops for me 🙂
I hope I win!
Heather@YSP says
I love Oiselle stuff! For me, the #1 feature I need is quick dry, though comfy fit and no rub are close seconds…
Kim says
Definitely a top long enough that doesn’t ride up when I’m running.
CityCooker says
I enjoy having a dri fit so my sweat slicks away, makes it so much more enjoyable! Also, any type of pocket is great for keys or emergency money.
Jessica Leigh says
Awkward, I know, but I like lightly padded tops. I tend to pole through a little at the gym. Whoops! And lifting in a room of men… That is the last thing I want to worry about!
Sharsti says
For a perfect workout top I NEED them to be long enough. I hate having to worry about them riding up or tugging on the them the entire workout.
katherine w. says
I am such a fan of The Sound of Music! Love that shirt.
I usually look for quick drying fabric in a workout top.
Brie @ Eat Books says
My biggest pet peeve with workout tops/tanks is when they ride up! So I always look for ones that are longer and not to tight/stretchy. I love those t-shirts! And the undies are awesome too!
Emmah says
I’m actually not too picky when it comes to workout clothes. Having a flat chest a small frame helps with my non-pickyness!
Danielle says
My work-out top requirement is that it much be LONG! I like my shirt to go like half-way down my hips so I don’t have to worry about tummy flab sticking out when I’m doing chin-ups or planks, etc. 🙂
Liz says
Long length for sure!
Emmah says
I like tops with built in PADDED bras, so you don’t “peck-out” haha;)
Christina says
To fall in love with a workout shirt i like when they are a good length!
Tori K says
Definitely a bright colored shirt; it helps me become more energized for my workout!
Kari says
a fitted shirt but not padded…padding gets in the way!
Meg says
A workout shirt needs to be breathable and long enough to come to the top of my bum. No teeny tiny tank tops for me!
Kaley says
The perfect workout top is one that flatters my body.
That is, it is not too tight, not too loose, but comfortable, which in turn allows me to feel comfortable instead of fidgeting with my top while I am working out.
So basically, if the top flatters my body I am able to feel confident and have an enjoyable workout!
Jana says
I love running in bright colors- they make me happy!
Bree ltc says
I am pretty picky about the stitching. I don’t like my elbows to rub up against stitches or for me to be able to feel them on my shoulders or back or anything. If I can feel them in the store, I know they’ll just annoy me the entire time during an hour long run. It’s all about the cozy!
kate says
It can’t have seams that chafe!
Cheri says
My perfect shirt has comfort, comfort, comfort written all over it.
Lisa says
It needs to be the “right” fit. Not to loose but not too tight either. It needs to make me feel strong and powerful!
caroline says
The top needs to be loose enough to not ride up on my waist!
melanie says
I’m 5’9,” and I hate when workout tops continually ride up while I’m running or exercising. Long length is a must!
Danica @ GirlsThatRun says
Such a cute shirt! I’ve been dying to try their Roga Shorts as well.
I like my workout tops to be long, but not so form-fitting that they start riding up.
Elle says
I like great colors and/or designs and a nice easy to care-for fabric too… Love the fa shirt – you look so pretty!
Kelly says
For me, my running shirt has to fit well (not too loose or tight) and bright colors!
Maggie says
i like workout tops that aren’t too tight, but also aren’t too baggy!
Beth says
keeps the tata’s in place!
Sarah says
Colorful and comfortable 🙂
Patty Di Tolla says
built-in bra!!!!!! and a bright colour!!!!
Jess says
shirts have to have little to no seams to be chaffe-free. I hate when you’re nearing the end of a long run and you suddenly feel the burn where your shirts been rubbing…
Gina says
It has to be long enough!
Julie says
I love a great fitting shirt! Not too tight, not too long, and doesn’t get in the way of my headphone cords!
Juliene says
That shirt is too cute. I love the sound of music too! My only qualification for workout shirts is that they have sleeves long or shirt. I’m just not comfortable sleeveless at the gym yet!
Rebecca Dee says
Length is key for me – when running noone wants a tshirt that moves all over – so tight enough fitting but not too tight and long enough.
Karin says
Gah!!!! I’m singing the song!!!
A running shirt must be sleeveless! Ideally racer back for me. Cute color a plus 🙂
Lin says
It needs to be wicking and have sleeves for sure. I also like more loose fitting tops, not quite comfortable with really tight tops yet!
Cori says
It definitely has to be wicking. Sweating in a cotton shirt is a miserable experience!
Caitlin says
For me, shorts are definitely the most important aspect of any workout. I have bigger thighs, and shorts have the tendency to ride up in between my legs. It drives me crazy! My shorts have to be long/loose enough to be comfortable, but not so big that they are baggy.
Elizabeth says
hmm. I love longer shirts–that’s my number one requirement. i have never been able to pull off acquiring cute work out clothes–it’s mostly old shirts from college days that have been repurposed.
catherine fletcher says
A work out top needs to be soft and comfortable.
Stephanie Clement says
Oh gosh, I WISH I knew what made a great running shirt. Truth is, however, I have no idea! Some are my favorites, and some I hate…have NO idea why!! Maybe I’d love these!
Lisa (Lisa's World of Books) says
For me it has to be long !
Karlee says
Long length and a color that doesn’t show sweat
Carah says
number 1 it has to fit and look good on me!
Kate says
length is definitely most important! Good colors are an added bonus 🙂
April says
the most important features are long length and vibrant colors =)
Lauren says
I absolutely need something that does not strangle me. I am weird about things on my neck while running!
