I need a new way to get motivated!
I would love to try this. I have had 3 stress fractures this year and was so bored with my workouts during my recovery phase. Your cardio circuits have inspired me to change up my routine and I would love to have something new to add to my workout. Can’t wait to hear how the class went!
I would love to read this! Im trying to be more physically active and am always looking for new tips and tricks!
I would love to win this! I’m obsessed with barre workouts, but unfortunately the price is too high for me to attend. I’d love book to learn how to do it at home.
I am going on a cruise in early March–this 2 week program would be a perfect pre-cruise plan 🙂
I know Kelly Ripa swears by this and she’s in fantastic shape, so I’d LOVE to try it!
As a personal trainer and fitness instructor I like to research all the new fitness and diets that enter the industry. I like to understand them before clients approach me with questions, its best to be a step ahead of the industry if you can, for me I use it to benefit others and would love the opportunity to dig my nose into it’s content and see what I can extract from it. Thanks, your Canadian friend Sandra
Definitely in need of some new literature to read. It’s been a long cold winter and I wouldn’t mind mixing up my routine! 🙂
Interested in something new, that does not require a gym!
I’m always looking for new workouts! I’d love this!!
i want to improve my strength training!
As a college student it is difficult finding something that “works” with a busy schedule! The 57 minute workouts sound great and it would be amazing to have a food plan to follow!
I’ve heard of this and have been so intrigued by what it has to offer! It sounds like a great program.
Incorporating new exercise routines and ideas keeps me from getting bored or falling into a “workout rut”!
I am curious if it is anything like the P90x program everyone is talking about? This program seems to be more geared towards women and I like that!
i am looking for ways to change up my workout!! would love to see what it’s all about 🙂
I’m intrigued by the fact that they focus on losing inches rather than lbs! Hope you’re having a great time in my city!! xx
Sounds like a great book to motivate healthy living!!
I so need a new way to change up my workout. I’m in a rut and, while I’ve heard of Physique 57, I’ve never tried it out. Thanks for the chance to try it 🙂
Sounds like a great way to shake up my usual and keep my body guessing. Would love to try.
I’ve tried similar classes (Core Fusion Bar Method) but have never had the chance to try Physique 57, though I would love to! The workouts are so amazing effective AND efficient — I’d love to learn more about the book and how the effective/efficient approach carries over. Plus, 2-weeks? I’m intrigued — a 2-week “booster” would be great for me right now! 🙂
I’ve heard such great things about it from the Fitnessista! I’d love to try it out– looks like a great way to mix up a good toning regemine!
I’ve never heard of Physique 57 before, but I’d love to try it! I’m all into improving my workout routine!
I would love to try out Physique 57 but sadly I don’t live anywhere near LA or NYC (anymore). Thanks Julie! xo
Kelly Ripa RAVES about this workout, swearing by the intensity and awesome results!! I would love to try it!!
I’m tired of my workouts right now, so I’d love some new ideas!
I’ve heard Kelly Ripa talk about it but there’s nothing close to me. I love challenging workouts and pushing myself to do things I never thought I could, so this book excites me!!!
This might be just what I need to get me over my plateau. Two years stuck at 60 lbs lost with 20 more to go. Would love to lick my routine into gear!
I have about 5 pounds, give or take, that I want to take care of. This book just might be the answer and I will probably buy it anyway!
I am really intrigued by this workout and would like to try it.
Hope you enjoyed the class! I’d love to win this book as I’m always trying new work outs & have heard great thinks about Physique 57 – just look at Kelly Ripa!
I think this would be such a great way to tone up for the summer!
I am so interested in this method. I always worry about lifting creating a bulky effect and want to find the best way to incorporate different workout types into my schedule. I’ve always used DVD’s, but am very open to using the book as a workout guide.
i’ve never heard of this book so i would love to read it and learn more about it 😀
I would love to give this book a read! I’ve been needing new motivation and ideas for my workouts because I think I’ve hit a wall.
This sounds like the perfect thing to get me motivated for the upcoming Wedding season! I need something to kick my butt into gear!
Physique 57 intrigues me because I love the idea of using movements and the weight of your own body vs. weights/bands/kettlebells/etc. It’s more therapeutic but still one heck of a workout!
I’ve heard about it before! I heard it is really tough, but I would be down for the challenge!!
this book intrigues me because i’ve done classes like physique 57 before, but never feel like its worth it unless i am committed to it doing it most days of the week and I could do that with this book!
I’m always looking for something new to do. This looks awesome!!
This book seems very interesting in that you could lose up to 10 inches in 2 weeks! Sounds like a challenge I’d love to try 🙂
I love exercising and am always looking for new and challenging routines. Not to mention that anything more than an hour and I’m burned out- 57 minutes sounds fab!
I’m always up for trying new things, and while I’d love to try an actual Physique 57 class, I’m a little intimidated by the stories I’ve heard of how tough it is!! The book would be a great way to ease in 🙂
I love exercising, and would love to learn the science behind why certain exercises are good for you, and how they help build muscle. This looks great!
as a personal trainer, i’m always looking for new workouts/trends for my clients, as well as for myself.
The thing that interests me most is the science behind why the program works. I think it is so neat when people are able to share the reasons our bodies respond to certain combinations of exercises better than others! Hope you’re having a great time in NYC!
I have heard about physique 57 and want to learn more. I love fitness books and am trying to find a new workout routine so this would be perfect!
I am really interested in fitness books that are the whole package–diet, exercise, total healthy living. It is hard to take a work out program or fitness book seriously when they promote a way of life that just isn’t sustainable (or sometimes even healthy). Hope the work out class is great and I can’t wait to check out the book.
I am always on the lookout for new workouts to add to my workout mix. This book definitely sounds interesting!
I’m always looking for a new fun workout!
As a taller stocky lady, I would love to trim and lean myself out.
