I’m intrigued about it all!
i’m interested in reading about their meal plans!
I have never heard of this before, but the claim that it takes 2 weeks kind of intrigues me! I’d like to try it.
I am intrigued by the fact that is a 57 minute workout; why 57 minutes and not 60?
I’m feeling a little addicted to running lately, so I’ve been too nervous to branch out and try new workouts. This sounds so unique. I’d love to challenge myself with this!
This workout intrigues me because I am a classically trained ballet dancer!
This book sounds like it offers awesome exercises. I’d love to tone up even more.
I’ve seen this book and always wanted to try it! I really like their ideas and would love to be more chiseled 🙂 hope you are having fun in New York!
This sounds awesome! I’d love to try this out.
We don’t have a Physique 57 in Atlanta, so this would be the next best thing!
I have heard so much bout Physique 57 and would love to try what all the hype is about!
I’ve heard so many people talk about how great the classes are but I don’t live anywhere near the studios so i can’t try it. I would love to read it and try it for myself.
This book intrigues me because I used to be a dancer and could probably really benefit from the workout and lifestyle!
I’ve heard great things about those classes! I would love to read the book, for the fitness factor and especially because they encompass a nutrition section with recipes, which goes hand in hand with working out!
the book REALLY intrigues me because i’ve been interested in physique 57 ever since i heard kelly ripa discussing how much she love it! i’ve always wanted to try it but they don’t offer it in my area!
Everybody’s been saying what great classes this has! I’d love to try them myself!
I’d like to learn how to get those abs on the cover!
I’m intrigued by the prospect of losing up to 10 inches in 2 weeks. I don’t have that much to lose, but it sounds like a great way to bust a fitness rut! Plus, I’ve heard Kelly Ripa loves these workouts, and she looks amazing! I would LOVE to see what the craze is all about.
I have been looking for a great new workout and method to loosing weight! I recently got married and now found low motivation (no more white dress to fit into!)…. this could be perfect!
I’m most intrigued by why exactly it has to be 57 minutes! I”d love to read (get some new tips!) and also hopefully find out!
I’ve always wanted to attend a class but am too far away from a studio! I would LOVE to win this book and learn more about isometric exercise…I’ve heard once you try Physique 57..you’ll never want to try another workout again!
Hopefully this year I will fulfill my New Year’s Resolution! 🙂
I would love to try this!
2 weeks seems pretty fast to make a total change in your body. I’d be interested to read more about their plan and how it is incorporated into lifelong fitness/health.
Because motivation and trying new things is always important when it comes to fitness.
Sounds very user friendly. Always love to read new, fresh ideas!
I’m a stay at home mom of two under 2.5, so this would be right up my alley since I can never make it to the gym…!
I would love to try something new and this book sounds like a great start!!
I love to try new workout and nutrition plans and would really like to check out Physique 57.
I just ordered the videos last night and the book would be a great addition to supplement to my workout!
I’ve been really curious about the methods at physique 57. I have never taken a bar class, but have a background in dance and from what i’ve read this closely links to pilates.
I think this will inform my work as a dancer– I’m a musical theater major at college, and change my body awareness
Love to try new,fun workouts like this but unfortunately this class is not offered in my city. So the book would be awesome!
I’ve heard of this method before but never got the chance to really research and understand what it’s all about. I’m always looking for new ways to challenge by body so I would live the opportunity to read this book!
I love new workout/toning opportunities…and definitely want something to help me go the extra mile for my ideal wedding day physique.
I’m intrigued because I am working hard to tweak my body and improve my strength. I love new recipes and believe eating and exercise must go hand in hand!
I don’t know much about Physique 57 so I would love to learn about it and I am always looking for new workout/toning ideas so I think it would be a great read!
I have heard of it but no nothing about it. I would love to read it and see if it is something I could work. Thanks for the chance.
Ive never heard of this book before, but I’m curious about a 2 week diet and exercise program.
The “two week” part makes me curious to read! Looks interesting!
The two week part intrigues me! I’ve been work g out for a long time and always like to learn new methodologies!
I’ve always wanted to try a Physique 57 class but there aren’t any studios near where I live.
I LOVE Physique classes! I’ve been lucky enough to take a few here in New York and I’ve always been so impressed with the combo of constant cardio, strengthening, and allowing for rest. I definitely notice a different when I take classes vs. when I don’t! I would love to win their book!
I am always looking for a new workout and since my femoral fracture I need something to take the place of running!!! I’d love to win this book!!
I’ve heard a lot about it and it would be great if i could look into that!
I have taken Physique 57 classes before, and actually prefer Exhale Core Fusion classes. Physique seems more focused on burnout whereas Exhale focuses on your positioning – the tiny adjustments make my legs shake like crazy!!! Just a personal preference I guess…but if you have time you should definitely try it out
This is the first time I’ve heard of this method and since I’m getting in shape for my wedding, I’d love a book like this to help me shed some pounds!
This book sounds so great! 57 minutes actually sounds like a real workout…I just can’t seem to trust those “better bods in 7 minutes” fads. I’d love to see how they get you going for almost an hour!
Always looking for new workout routines so this looks really great to me!
P.S. Julie–welcome to NY!
I’m always interested In learning new fitness routines. And Ive heard these are tough workouts, so very curious.
I’d be interested in recipes more than anything!
I’d love to win the book as I hear so much about Physique 57 but I have no class near me. I love trying new fitness things!
