Looks like a great new workout!! I travel every week for work, Monday through Thursday, so it’s really hard for me to find fun challenging workouts that I can do on the road. I would really really love to try this!

So I would LOVE to win this book, I’ve wanted to try the physique 57 system for months now after reading all about it and hearing Kelly Ripa sing its praises, and honestly after looking at her, who WOULDN’T want to try it. Unfortunately, I’m a broke college student and can’t afford the dvd system and there aren’t any classes in my area, so this book would be essential to getting me started as i try to scrounge up some money to get the dvds! I hope I win, thanks!

Wow. Have fun in New York! I’ve always wanted to go. The book interests me for several reasons. I’ve never tried the workout and always wanted to. I also have to work out at home. My hubby is a resident and to keep things simple and doable I need to workout at home to keep my crazy fun toddler taken care of.

Would love to try Physique 57! Just started hearing about it recently. I lead an at home fitness interval training class and would love to tell these ladies all about it.
