A little after 11 a.m., one of my coworkers, Ben, came back to the office with a salad to enjoy for lunch… only his salad was topped with salmon, not shrimp as he had originally ordered.

After Ben took his salad back and got his shrimp, they let him keep the salmon which I gladly took off his hands.

I love Zumba! I burn around 600 calories in a Zumba class, which is the same amount as a Body Step or Body Attack class and Zumba is much more fun and the hour just flys by.
