Yay! My husband and I have been wanting to use pumpkin more often in our cooking. Question – where do you find canned pumpkin? We scoured the canned vegetable section of our grocery store and didn’t find any. We checked a few more places and finally found some Amy’s Organic canned pumpkin at Target, but it was kind of expensive for a canned food (around $3). If you have any advice on where I can find it, please let me know.
Try the baking aisle instead. At my store, the pumpkin is usually by the marshmallow and Jello.

Do you think any of these will work with real pumpkin (not the canned kind)?..I’m thinking the enchiladas but time will tell! I’m asking as canned pumpkin is nowhere to be found in Mumbai yet there’s pumpkin ALLL over!
