I was sent these shoes a couple of weeks ago to try out during my workouts and have nothing but good things to say about them.
When it comes to strength workouts that require certain exercises like squats and lunges, I’ve been working out in my Reebok Nano 2.0s because I love the low profile platform. (The Nanos are the hot pink shoes a few of you asked me about after seeing them pop up on my Instagram feed.)
The Sublite Train 1.0s remind me of the Nanos in a very good way! They also have a lower profile that helps me feel more stable during squats, lunges and certain plyometric exercises. Before trying out the Nanos and now the Sublite Train sneakers, I didn’t realize how much shoes can impact stability and make a difference in my balance. They’re great!
While I definitely wouldn’t recommend the Sublite Train sneakers for long distance running, if you’re looking for a shoe to wear during strength, circuit, plyometric or CrossFit workouts, I think you’ll love these! I’ve worn them during BodyPump classes and circuit workouts and really appreciated the extra stability the shoes provided.
And as a neon fanatic, you know I am obsessed with the lime green color!

I have an obsession as of late with coral colored anything! I would definitely want to add those to my workout attire!
I love these shoes! I think I’d go with either the black and pink or the black and light blue.
I like the lime green, but I’m also kind of loving the black with mint…
I would chose the black and mint or the coral! Mint and coral are my two go-to colors for this spring…when it arrives that is 🙂 !

I would definitely love the bright pink! I have been trying to live a healthier lifestyle by eating all natural and exercising more. I finished my third 5k today, but I’m not really seeing the results I’d like. I’ve been starting to use weights and other videos, but my running shoes don’t give me the best support. I’ve been researching shoes for this purpose, and if they come recommended by you, they must be pretty good!

Any color would be awesome… but if I had to decide it would be one with a nice splash of color that really jumps out at you.
