Back in November I had the wonderful opportunity to travel to beautiful San Francisco and tour the Stitch Fix headquarters with a fabulous group of bloggers.
(Jenna, Kacia, me, Gina, Raechel)
From the moment we arrived and stepped foot in the beautiful townhouse we all shared for the time we spent in the city, I knew the trip was going to be special. Everyone we met at Stitch Fix was so kind and welcoming and they absolutely radiated enthusiasm for the company and fashion.
I detailed our time in San Francisco in my two recap posts, so you already know that we had the chance to help out at the warehouse, pack fixes to send out and chat with employees about day-to-day operations.
This is a seriously hard-working group of people. But they all know how to have fun and do things like build robots out of old boxes.
I had the best time joining my blogging friends as we were given a behind-the-scenes look at the beautiful clothes and accessories.
Ooooh the clothes!
If you missed my previous posts or are unfamiliar with the company, Stitch Fix (<—referral link) is a personalized styling service. You create a style profile by answering various questions about yourself and then schedule a “fix” to be sent to your home. A stylist then selects five items they think you will love to send your way based on your style profile.
The styling fee is $20 per fix but you can apply that toward the item(s) you want to buy, should you choose to keep anything from your fix. (If you keep all five items in your fix, you receive 25 percent off everything.) Return shipping is free, so you can easily send back whatever you don’t want by placing everything in the big return envelope that comes with every fix. It’s a really awesome concept and the company is growing like crazy!
I am still relatively new to Stitch Fix and have received four fixes to date.
This was my very first fix:
I honestly feel like my fixes are getting better and better! I try to provide detailed feedback on each fix when I send certain items back which I think allows my stylist to understand my preference and know what items I tend to gravitate toward in each fix. She has been nailing the jewelry and accessories I continue to find in my fixes lately!
This bracelet is a personal favorite:
And this dress is so crazy comfortable that I feel like I’m wearing pajamas every time I slip it on:
And these fun red skinny jeans brighten up any outfit:
If you haven’t tried Stitch Fix yet – or even if you have – I think you will enjoy the next part of this post!
How about a giveaway?
Stitch Fix is offering gift cards right now and I think they would make a fabulous gift for those in your life who love clothes and accessories or those who like cute clothes but never have time to shop for themselves. Stitch Fix gift cards are more than your basic gift card to a clothing store since a stylist will be picking out the pieces you will receive based on your style profile and items they think you will love!
And now I want to give FIVE of you a Stitch Fix gift card to enjoy!!!
Five PBF readers will receive a $100 gift card to Stitch Fix as a thank you from me. I’ve accumulated some credit to Stitch Fix thanks to you guys using my referral link which I really appreciate and I would love to share the love.
To enter this giveaway, simply comment below telling me what type of clothing or accessories you’d like to see in your fix should you win. Do you need a new sweater? A fun cross-body bag? A dress for New Year’s? A chunky bracelet? Let me know!
I will randomly select five winners on Thursday. Good luck and happy holidays!!!
Please note this giveaway is open to those in the U.S. only, as Stitch Fix is still only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time.

Wow loving all the accessories in the pic you posted! I love awesome jewelry finds! Plus, who can’t use a new outfit… or TWO! I would love to win this! The company seems like such a cool concept!

Dresses, Dresses, Dresses!!
I tried Stitch Fix after reading your blog and I loved by first fix! I love to see blouses and dresses because they work for both work and play! Anything warm too since I live in the cold midwest 🙂

I would love something new & different to wear to work and/or to celebrate me & my husband’s upcoming 13th anniversary!!
EVERYTHING lol — I just had a baby and my maternity clothes are too big, but my regular clothes are still too small. But if I had to narrow it down it would be dresses, and jeans that actually complement my (slightly rounder than normal) shape. 🙂
You can never have too many purses!
This is fabulous! I would love a new purse or cute pants to wear!
i need help with accessories. i love the way the right bracelet, ring, or necklace can make an outfit perfect, but i’m just not great at picking out the right pieces.
I totally need an update on my accessories. Good jewelry is so hard for me to find and those bracelets ROCK!
I love Stitchfix! I’ve only had one fix, but definitely need more to liven up my wardrobe. I would love some new accessories (necklaces) to get me out of my rut of wearing the same 3 necklaces and some stylish new tops and dresses would be fabulous, too!!
I need cute yet professional pants for work as well as some cute accessories like that watch and those bangles you are sporting! And I guess I could use a cute crossbody bag too 🙂
This is such a great giveaway! Thanks for hosting. My wardrobe is pretty drab since having my little girl in January of this year. I would love a fun new colorful blouse to wear with skinny jeans and pumps. And a great statement necklace to go with it wouldn’t be bad either. 🙂
I will need a little of everything. I have been on a weight loss program and need to purchase items in a smaller size… thank you for this wonderful give a way!!!!
AHHH I would LOVE this!!! I love monthly subscriptions and I’m obsessed with clothing and accessories so double win! I would love some new bracelets or a new dress! Please pick me!!!
I would love some new accessories! For some reason, accessories are always the last thing I will spend some extra cash on… FAIL. Anything would be amazing!
I’d love to get some cool flowy blouses! I think they are the best piece to have in your wardrobe – dress ’em up, dress ’em down, throw on a blazer or some chunky jewels and you’re set.
Trying to develop a new style as an adult, hopefully involving more “statement” jewelry accessories. This looks like a great way to get a little help developing this style!
I would love some new outfits for work!
I would love some colorful shirts that I can wear to work and with jeans. I accidentally loaded up on black shirts and dresses over the years. I look like I am going to a funeral daily and need to brighten up my look!

I need someone to break me out of my comfort zone a little and make me try new things. I’d love to try this service out.
I almost always gravitate towards buying a lot of black, gray and white colored clothing, so it would be great to have a personal stylist help me incorporate color into my wardrobe. I’ve been wanting to try Stitch Fix ever since you introduced it on your blog! 🙂
