Back in November I had the wonderful opportunity to travel to beautiful San Francisco and tour the Stitch Fix headquarters with a fabulous group of bloggers.
(Jenna, Kacia, me, Gina, Raechel)
From the moment we arrived and stepped foot in the beautiful townhouse we all shared for the time we spent in the city, I knew the trip was going to be special. Everyone we met at Stitch Fix was so kind and welcoming and they absolutely radiated enthusiasm for the company and fashion.
I detailed our time in San Francisco in my two recap posts, so you already know that we had the chance to help out at the warehouse, pack fixes to send out and chat with employees about day-to-day operations.
This is a seriously hard-working group of people. But they all know how to have fun and do things like build robots out of old boxes.
I had the best time joining my blogging friends as we were given a behind-the-scenes look at the beautiful clothes and accessories.
Ooooh the clothes!
If you missed my previous posts or are unfamiliar with the company, Stitch Fix (<—referral link) is a personalized styling service. You create a style profile by answering various questions about yourself and then schedule a “fix” to be sent to your home. A stylist then selects five items they think you will love to send your way based on your style profile.
The styling fee is $20 per fix but you can apply that toward the item(s) you want to buy, should you choose to keep anything from your fix. (If you keep all five items in your fix, you receive 25 percent off everything.) Return shipping is free, so you can easily send back whatever you don’t want by placing everything in the big return envelope that comes with every fix. It’s a really awesome concept and the company is growing like crazy!
I am still relatively new to Stitch Fix and have received four fixes to date.
This was my very first fix:
I honestly feel like my fixes are getting better and better! I try to provide detailed feedback on each fix when I send certain items back which I think allows my stylist to understand my preference and know what items I tend to gravitate toward in each fix. She has been nailing the jewelry and accessories I continue to find in my fixes lately!
This bracelet is a personal favorite:
And this dress is so crazy comfortable that I feel like I’m wearing pajamas every time I slip it on:
And these fun red skinny jeans brighten up any outfit:
If you haven’t tried Stitch Fix yet – or even if you have – I think you will enjoy the next part of this post!
How about a giveaway?
Stitch Fix is offering gift cards right now and I think they would make a fabulous gift for those in your life who love clothes and accessories or those who like cute clothes but never have time to shop for themselves. Stitch Fix gift cards are more than your basic gift card to a clothing store since a stylist will be picking out the pieces you will receive based on your style profile and items they think you will love!
And now I want to give FIVE of you a Stitch Fix gift card to enjoy!!!
Five PBF readers will receive a $100 gift card to Stitch Fix as a thank you from me. I’ve accumulated some credit to Stitch Fix thanks to you guys using my referral link which I really appreciate and I would love to share the love.
To enter this giveaway, simply comment below telling me what type of clothing or accessories you’d like to see in your fix should you win. Do you need a new sweater? A fun cross-body bag? A dress for New Year’s? A chunky bracelet? Let me know!
I will randomly select five winners on Thursday. Good luck and happy holidays!!!
Please note this giveaway is open to those in the U.S. only, as Stitch Fix is still only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time.
