Stonyfield + Blendtec Giveaway

February 15, 2013 by Julie 4,552 Comments

Today I have the most amazing giveaway for you guys! It’s easily one of the most valuable giveaways I’ve ever hosted on this blog and I have a feeling you guys will be psyched!

Anyone need a new blender?

Blendtec

As I am sure you can see, this is not your typical run-of-the-mill blender. It’s a Blendtec blender, valued at $455!

This fancy blender is high-powered (1560 watts) and laughs in the face of ice and rock-hard frozen fruit. (It actually comes with an ice-crushing guarantee, which I found humorous.) For those of you who can never seem to make a smooth smoothie, that shouldn’t be a problem with this bad boy.

Vanilla Coconut Smoothie

The Blendtec is high-powered enough to be used as a food processor and easily blends nuts into creamy nut butter! You can use it to make soup, milkshakes, dips, marinades, pesto, jam, mousse and more.

As you can see below, the buttons on the front of the Blendtec make it easy to understand which setting to choose to properly blend whatever delicious foods or liquids you’ve placed in the blender.

Blendtec Blender

This giveaway is sponsored by the awesome people at Stonyfield and when they reached out to me about this giveaway, I couldn’t jump on board fast enough.

Stonyfields Blends

One PBF reader will receive a Blendtec blender and a bunch of delicious Stonyfield Blends organic yogurt! The French vanilla yogurt is my favorite and is a fantastic base for creamy fruit smoothies. And I highly recommend sticking the strawberry banana yogurt in the freezer for an hour or so like I did one day because it makes one heck of a yummy, dessert-like snack!

  • Tweet some variation of the following: “Hoping to win a @Blendtec blender & #StonyfieldBlends yogurt from @PBFingers: http://ow.ly/hKoaS”
  • Like Stonyfield on Facebook
  • Sign up for the Blendtec Recipe of the Week

Please be sure to leave a separate comment on this post for each additional giveaway entry you do so I can be sure to make it count!

Good luck!

My husband and I have been LONGING for a blender for a while now but some other expense always seems to come up and we’ve yet to purchase one. Our 3 year old daughter has recently become very picky and now turns her nose to most veggies and she used to love them, bummer! We are a very health-conscious family (I’m a life long runner/recent triathlete so I love all your workout-related posts) and providing our daughter with a healthy diet is extremely important to us. We need to sneak her veggies into super healthy but fun and tasty smoothies! This blender would mean a lot to our family and help our daughter through her “picky” food stage.

Btw, just wanted to tell you how much I love your blog. I stumbled across it while searching for pumpkin cookie recipes and I now read it every day. I was born and raised in FL and went to UCF for two years (1999-2001, Journalism/Mass Comm) but have lived in California since late 2001 so I love to all of your Orlando/FL posts SO MUCH! Reminds me of home – we are trying to move back. Anyways, just wanted to let you know!! I’ve been wanting to start a blog of my own for awhile now and you are an inspiration!!

Oh my! This is fantastic! Stonyfield is my absolute favorite kind of yogurt, and I’m in desperate need of a new blender. My brother broke my nice smoothie blender a number of years ago, so all I’ve been using since is my little personal-sized Oster bullet one (that does NOT blend cold things well at all…frozen fruit gets stuck on the blades). I would love this blender! 🙂

Ah! Ok so I would love to win this blender, and here’s why. I’m a college student and my roommates and I are currently using a blender that…well…makes some noises and doesn’t blend at all! Summer is coming up, and as a smoothie fanatic I can’t imagine going the rest of the semester without one! They’re so easy, healthy and delicious…particularly if I had my very own Blendtec 🙂

I would LOVE to have a blender that does not leave chunks of ice so I can enjoy my protein shakes, smoothies and even milkshakes that are blended well!! The quality of this blender would make it possible to have for many years to come!

OMG that blender looks amazing!! What I love about it most is that it is a blender and food processor in one!!! That will really cut down the space in the kitchen!

Also, I have never used yogurt in my smoothies and would love to try the Stoneyfields!

My blender is on the verge of dying and my smoothies are no longer creamy which makes me frustrated because I have them frequently for breakfast! I have also always wanted to try to make my own peanut butter, but given the state of my current blender that isn’t exactly an option!

I love smoothies but my curent blender never seems to totally cut through all of the ice. You don’t want to run it too long because then the smoothie gets too watery. This looks totally amazing – with the weather warming up on the east coast soon I would be using it quite a bit!
