Stonyfield + Blendtec Giveaway

February 15, 2013 by Julie 4,552 Comments

Today I have the most amazing giveaway for you guys! It’s easily one of the most valuable giveaways I’ve ever hosted on this blog and I have a feeling you guys will be psyched!

Anyone need a new blender?

Blendtec

As I am sure you can see, this is not your typical run-of-the-mill blender. It’s a Blendtec blender, valued at $455!

This fancy blender is high-powered (1560 watts) and laughs in the face of ice and rock-hard frozen fruit. (It actually comes with an ice-crushing guarantee, which I found humorous.) For those of you who can never seem to make a smooth smoothie, that shouldn’t be a problem with this bad boy.

Vanilla Coconut Smoothie

The Blendtec is high-powered enough to be used as a food processor and easily blends nuts into creamy nut butter! You can use it to make soup, milkshakes, dips, marinades, pesto, jam, mousse and more.

As you can see below, the buttons on the front of the Blendtec make it easy to understand which setting to choose to properly blend whatever delicious foods or liquids you’ve placed in the blender.

Blendtec Blender

This giveaway is sponsored by the awesome people at Stonyfield and when they reached out to me about this giveaway, I couldn’t jump on board fast enough.

Stonyfields Blends

One PBF reader will receive a Blendtec blender and a bunch of delicious Stonyfield Blends organic yogurt! The French vanilla yogurt is my favorite and is a fantastic base for creamy fruit smoothies. And I highly recommend sticking the strawberry banana yogurt in the freezer for an hour or so like I did one day because it makes one heck of a yummy, dessert-like snack!

Please be sure to leave a separate comment on this post for each additional giveaway entry you do so I can be sure to make it count!

I would love to win the blender. I’ve been researching different types of blenders and the Blendtec gets great reviews. I would use it to make smoothies and try new recipes for things like soup, dressings, pestos and so much more!

I’d love to win this blender because we love making smoothies in our house, and our current blender is slowly dying.

My life would be so much easier with this blender…I’m pretty sure mine is on it’s last leg. It makes funny sounds and usually takes 10 minutes to get everything blended to a decent consistency.

Let me start with the phrase “blender graveyard” to explain how badly I would love this blender. We are a smoothie family and my family (kids especially) make fun of how many blenders I have gone through over the years. There are really SO many awful ones out there! Of course I am always suckered in by the amazing marketing that each blender company gives you but, the truth is, the bulk of that marketing is just lies. The Blendtec blender seems like it could “THE” one! I know it is! Did I mention that my daughter also loves Stonyfield?! 🙂
Signed, smoothie hopeful, wanna-be-fit woman, and happy Mom.

I would love the blender because I’d love to try making some of your delicious smoothies but my blender stinks. Of course I received my blender as a wedding gift 17 years ago so that would explain why it doesn’t work very well. It is definitely time for a new one and the Blendec sounds awesome!

I would love to surprise her with this blender that would do it all- baby food, her shakes, her hubby’s drinks… And having Stonyfield to mix with it all would make it that much more awesome!

I first found your blog while looking for pancake recipes and then I totally fell in love, not only because the pancakes are delicious, but because I have a rescued Vizsla who is the light of my life and also the greatest run buddy for me too. I sent my mom a link to your post about the smell of Sadie and how that is just how I feel about Sasha and my mom called and left a voicemail saying, “OMG, that blog link you sent me, it sounds like that girl would be your best friend!” 🙂 Anyway, I normally lurk and read Sadie posts, but I’ve been going back again and again to your smoothie roundup, last one I made was the strawberry cheesecake smoothie (but I only had frozen mixed berries, so I used those) and it was divine! My point is that I normally am too shy to reach out and write a comment to an “internet stranger” but my love of your smoothie recipes and desire for a blender upgrade (and say goodbye to the Oster blender that I’ve had since college!) was enough of a push for me to write.

In sum, I love your writing, your dog, your recipes, and I want a Blendtec blender! 🙂 I loved your key lime pie yogurt smoothie, I bet you will come up with some similarly delicious smoothie recipes with the Stonyfield yogurt too, I can’t wait!

What a great giveaway! I am in dire need of a new blender, one that actually does what it is supposed to (this one definitely looks promising). I currently attempt to mix shakes/smoothies in my dull device that has certainly seen better days. Most of the time it’s jumping off the counter and smelling like it’s burning! Lets just say…I end up drinking around the ice cube chunks : (

I lost my juicer and blender in hurricane sandy and have been using a cheap one that just does not do what the powerful blenders can do. I would just LOVE to win this! This blender is amazing and I have lost over 90lbs. and have 20 more lbs. to go. This blen will help me to create some awesome recipes to help me reach my goal! Thanks so much for offering this awesome giveaway!

I WOULD LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE TO HAVE THIS AWESOME SMOOTHIE MAKER!!!! I enjoy smoothies and know that I could make “healthier ones” at home than buying from Smoothie King or another place like that, but it always seems that at home I can NEVER EVER everrr get them to taste as good as when they are bought. I KNOW a nice blender/smoothie maker would help me with this…and my quest to be healthy. I would really love it if you picked me!Thanks sooo much 🙂
