Stonyfield + Blendtec Giveaway

February 15, 2013 by Julie 4,552 Comments

Today I have the most amazing giveaway for you guys! It’s easily one of the most valuable giveaways I’ve ever hosted on this blog and I have a feeling you guys will be psyched!

Anyone need a new blender?

Blendtec

As I am sure you can see, this is not your typical run-of-the-mill blender. It’s a Blendtec blender, valued at $455!

This fancy blender is high-powered (1560 watts) and laughs in the face of ice and rock-hard frozen fruit. (It actually comes with an ice-crushing guarantee, which I found humorous.) For those of you who can never seem to make a smooth smoothie, that shouldn’t be a problem with this bad boy.

Vanilla Coconut Smoothie

The Blendtec is high-powered enough to be used as a food processor and easily blends nuts into creamy nut butter! You can use it to make soup, milkshakes, dips, marinades, pesto, jam, mousse and more.

As you can see below, the buttons on the front of the Blendtec make it easy to understand which setting to choose to properly blend whatever delicious foods or liquids you’ve placed in the blender.

Blendtec Blender

This giveaway is sponsored by the awesome people at Stonyfield and when they reached out to me about this giveaway, I couldn’t jump on board fast enough.

Stonyfields Blends

One PBF reader will receive a Blendtec blender and a bunch of delicious Stonyfield Blends organic yogurt! The French vanilla yogurt is my favorite and is a fantastic base for creamy fruit smoothies. And I highly recommend sticking the strawberry banana yogurt in the freezer for an hour or so like I did one day because it makes one heck of a yummy, dessert-like snack!

Please be sure to leave a separate comment on this post for each additional giveaway entry you do so I can be sure to make it count!

I use my blender to make smoothies, frozen drinks, soups, and basically anything you need a food processor for. Mine is worn down and won’t crush ice anymore so this would be great to win! If I can make smoothies for healthy eating on the go and to bring with me to work in the mornings, I am much better at making healthy choices throughout the day! (I liked stoneyfield on fbook and entered the recipe of the week as well)

Considering my blender is my mothers, which I do believe was a wedding gift of her and my father a new blender would be amazing (not that I don’t love using my pea soup green blender that only one button works on)

I also love smoothies! Maybe a new blender will actually make my smoothies less chunky? Haha

As a college student, I haven’t been able to dish out the money to buy a nice food processor/blender. I do, however, love to read inspirational food blogs like yours and would love to be able to make recipes that require such equipment! And I am really looking forward to one day making my own nut butters! Thanks for the opportunity!

I would love to have a Blendtec blender, because right now the blender I’m using isn’t making my smoothies smooth like smoothie should be, I will have chunks of ice and frozen strawberries in my smoothies! A Blendtec blender would really let me make smoothies and I’ll want to experience in making smoothies more and trying different recipes! I would love to win the contest!!!! 🙂

I would love this blender because I am getting married in June, and my fiance and I always love making protein shakes and smoothies, but both of us just have cheap blenders. We have already gone and registered and we looked at the super nice, expensive blenders, but we knew no one who we will be inviting will have that kind of money so we didn’t even bother registering for those blenders but just registered for a reasonably priced one. A blender like this would be awesome. Plus, I would absolutely love surprising my fiance with this! If I told him we won this blender his face would be priceless! 🙂

Ahh every since I started following your blog I have always made your smoothies (strawberry banana is my favorite). The only problem is my blender is awful and I annoy my entire house while I spend 10 minutes trying to blend a smoothie. I would LOVE this!! I liked Stonyfield on Facebook, and signed up for the weekly recipe. I not only want this blender, but NEED it! I ran the motor out on my previous blender by trying to blend too much ice and frozen fruit at once. Oops! I would love to have a powerful blender that blended my smoothies up with no problem!

I have wanted one of these blendtec blenders for years; the family I used to nanny for had one and I would make delicious smoothies for the kids’ snacks, ice cream for special treats, and even soup for dinner some times! If I could afford to splurge on this blender I would. I would be thrilled to win this!

My family and I would LOVE to recieve this blender- its not uncommon for us to whip up smoothies for breakfasts, lunches or an on the go snack, but the blender we have now is out of date and often gives us trouble blending properly. This would be a great addition to our kitchen 🙂 also stonyfield is the bomb.com and I heart their yogurts 🙂
