I have been sneezing up a storm all day. The incessant sneezing, coupled with overall congestion has left me feeling like my head is the size of a whale and might explode through my blowhole any minute. Iām so stuffy!
When I walked through the door after work today, Ryan immediately asked me what was wrong. Apparently I look defeated. Allergies are kicking my butt.
Since I wasnāt feeling 100 percent, we opted to forgo our usual walk with Sadie in favor of a trip to the dog park so we could hang out on a bench while Sadie ran around.
I donāt think she minded. 
Sadie was born to play.
The humans had fun, too!
(Side note: I made up the slogan and designed the peanut butter shirt Iām wearing in the above picture! I have a bazillion ideas for peanut butter-themed t-shirts and tank tops. Would you guys even be interested in some peanut butter-lovinā apparel?)
While at the park we played multiple rounds of fetch and watched her bound around, through the trees and in and out of the lake.

Dinner
Once our tummies told us our time at the park was over, we headed home to make dinner. Since neither of us were feeling particularly energetic, we figured super simple was the way to go. (Isnāt it always?)
I wanted something cheesy, so we decided to make quesadillas packed with cheese, caramelized onions, mushrooms and spinach.
Garlic roasted cauliflower rounded out the meal.
Gotta love dinners that come together in a flash and still taste great!
Iām off to be totally lazy on the couch and sip on some tea. Ryan and I have declared tonight movie night!
I think I may try to talk him into one of my favoritesā¦
