How pretty are orange peppers? I would say I don’t know why they don’t get more attention… but I do. It’s because they’re more than a dollar more per pound than green peppers! Blasphemy! Still, sometimes the pretty peppers are worth the extra dough. I guess sometimes you just want to enjoy something bright orange…
