As a big-time sucker for surveys, when Erin tagged me in the 11 Questions Survey, I immediately wanted to participate. I always enjoy reading surveys on blogs since the questions are typically a bit obscure and provide a little insight into the blogger’s personality.
Feel free to play along in the comments section of this post!
The 11 Questions Survey
1. In baseball each player gets a “walk up song” that plays on his way up to the plate. What song would you pick?
I would pick the Jock Jams Mega Mix. Our wedding party was introduced to the Jock Jams Mega Mix at our wedding reception and it never fails to pump me up. I’m a ‘90s music lover through and through.
2. What’s the best thing that happened to you last weekend?
I went on a five-mile walk with my sister, Sadie and her boyfriend’s dog and we talked about everything under the sun. The weather was gorgeous and I always cherish time with my sister. It’s the little things!
3. If you could have a starring role in any film already made, which movie would you pick?
Since Father of the Bride is one of my all-time favorite movies, I’d love to play the role of Annie Banks Mackenzie.
4. What actor/actress would you have play you in a movie of your life?
Rachel McAdams. I know we look nothing alike, but she’s my pick!
5. What is your favorite quote?
Everything is okay in the end. If it’s not okay, then it’s not the end.
7. What was your first concert?
Green Day and Blink 182… I think. I can’t remember for sure, but that was definitely one of the first concerts I attended.
7. What Internet website do you visit the most?
Gmail.
8. Which of Snow White’s 7 dwarfs describes you the best and why?
Happy. I think I’m a pretty joyful person.
9. If you were on death row, what would your last meal be?
A huge seafood feast with ridiculous amounts of shellfish, a French dip sandwich from Houston’s (now Hillstone) in Orlando, a slice of lasagna and a gigantic ice cream sundae with lots of whipped cream, hot fudge and candied pecans. I would want a smorgasbord.
10. What is the background of your computer?
Sadie. She makes me smile.

My dad is a huge music fan, so I got dragged to a lot of concerts as a little girl unwillingly. Not sure exactly which was my first, though I definitely have memories of falling asleep in a Kenny G concert. lol. I think the first concert I ever attended of MY choice was Boyz II Men. I’ve gotta say, I still love those songs to this day. But, my all-time favorite concert was the time when my husband, who was my boyfriend at the time, took me to a Michael Buble concert. I had never heard of the guy or his music and I was blown away. Not to mention, it was super romantic. 😀

I hear you on that. I got dragged to Niel Diamond and Elton John as a kid. Although Elton John was a pretty good performer. I think I would have appreciated it more as an adult.

I love the quote you picked- I don’t think I’ve ever heard it before. hmm, who would play me in a movie? Maybe Lindsay Lohan because of the hair colour?! oooo I don’t know!
Terri says
I would choose to play Minnie in all of Mickey’s movies. Her outfits always match and Mickey loves her SO much!
I think I would have Julia Stiles play me. I was told once we look alike and I think she’s classy.
“Don’t worry. Be happy.” I feel like worry doesn’t accomplish anything except heartburn and headaches! LoL!
Clint Black & Wynnona Judd… Big into country down here!
It’s a rotation of pictures from scenic places around the United States. I love nature and scenery!
Gina @ Health, Love, and Chocolate says
Funnily (is that a word? ;-)) enough, I hear often that I look like Rachel McAdams, but I would have to go with Natalie Portman because I love pretty much every movie she’s done.
Holly says
I would def pick Zoe Deschanel. Something about that mix of nerdy, down-to earth, clumsy girl while still being relatively pretty. Plus, she’s an awesome actress!

I’m totally doing this today! So fun!

This was fun! My husband and I did this together, and it got us cracking up with our answers! I’m going a little off the grid with my answer, but for our Dwarf name, we picked – “Bi-polary” (me), “Loopy” (hubs), and “Mopey” (our dog). We never follow the rules correctly. 🙂
