I think I had a little too much fun assembling this gift guide!
This PBF Gift Guide includes pictures and links to some of my favorite fitness and fashion products as well as some items I’ve been eyeing for some time now. Hopefully something will jump out at you and give you an idea for a special gift for a certain someone in your life!
Nothing is more than $100 and I tried to cover various price points.
Happy holidays!
Fitness Finds:
The perfect stocking stuffer! These workout headbands are super cute and actually stay in place. I love the sparkly and holiday-themed headbands!
I own this jacket in gray and red and it is one of my all-time favorite fitness apparel items. It’s stretchy, warm and form-fitting without clinging to the body in an unflattering way.
A classic for a reason. Flattering, feminine and just plain pretty. I adore this bright red color!
I wore these during a long biking tour in Connecticut and they stayed up and kept my legs nice and toasty! The material hides lumps and bumps better than other compression tights I’ve tried in the past and they are much more flattering!
Fashion Finds:
I saw something similar in one of the outdoor shops in Bryant Park in NYC last weekend and fell in love. So delicate and pretty!
My friend Leah wore this scarf in NYC and I instantly fell in love with it! So cozy and I adore the coral color.
A cute bracelet to wear on its own or stacked with a gold watch and gold bangles.
So cheesy and so great. I may have purchased this shirt for myself earlier this week. And bought the guy version for Ryan, too. We’re so cool.
Beauty Finds:
I started using primer about a year ago and I cannot believe I went so long without adding it to my makeup arsenal. This Smashbox primer goes on light and makes my makeup last 10,000 times longer. It’s amazing! It’s also pretty expensive, but I’ve had the same bottle for more than a year and I’m not even halfway through it.
Perfect for traveling! I pack my hanging organizer with travel-size shampoo and conditioner, lotion, hair ties, workout headbands and more.
Two price points: YSL Rouge (expensive), L’Oreal Infallible (cheaper, but still wonderful and long-lasting). I also love Revlon lip butter in cherry tart. It’s subdued enough for daytime but still adds a fun pop of color.
I bought two Jane Marvel cosmetics bags on super-sale through RueLaLa and love them! I keep a small one filled with lip gloss, mascara and concealer so I can easily throw my makeup into my purse. I think the glitter look of this bag is awfully snazzy!
More Fun Gift Ideas:
- Fun Holiday Socks or Slippers
These socks are only $5 at Target! I have a Halloween-themed pair and they’re comfortable and cozy without making your feet sweat!
- Books!
Note: If you happen to be affiliated with a small company that makes gifts that give back in some way, please leave a comment with more information on this post! I’m hoping to do a gift guide highlighting gifts that give back, too!
Sabrina says
So many great products! And I love that you want to highlight products that give back too! A great focus for the holidays, and year round too!
Angela @ Health's Angel says
I got my mom one of those monogrammed Anthro mugs for Christmas last year! I love the BIC bands and the Reebok warm up jacket. I was hoping to win either of those in your giveaways but no such luck! 🙂

Anne says
I am actually decidedly NOT a Lily fan, but I have had that make-up case for literally years and have used the heck out of it!
Despite the years and travel it is still going strong!
Kelsie says
I asked for that Cross Necklace for Christmas already too! *Cross fingers* i get it 🙂
Rachel Boller - Busy Mama says
Oh I LOVE those Lululemon tanks. You’re right, they’re classic for a reason! Gonna have to start dropping major hints about those compression tights. I love tights especially living in the PNW and being a runner, but they’re RARELY flattering!!!

My brother just recently launched a small business “Balls of Steel” supporting testicular cancer. I know it’s not really a “girl” gift, but they would make an awesome stocking stuffer for a male significant other… http://www.originalbos.com/
Jennifer F says
Great gift ideas! I really love the cross necklace. I checked out that shop on Etsy and I want everything! I will be going back after the holidays for a gift for me 😉
Fizz @ fizzsbizz says

I just bought ‘The Happiness Project’ audiobook and its literally changing my life. I think it’s going to make a great gift for a couple of the wonderful women in my life. Happy holidays to you!
Ann says
And by “supporting” testicular cancer… I mean supporting research to minimize/end testicular cancer. 🙂
Natalie @ Free Range Human says
I love that Christmas shirt! Too cute!
joelle (on a pink typewriter) says
This is awesome! I especially love that cosmetic case!
Beks says
What’s with sideways crosses lately? I’m seeing them everywhere. Not a fan, though.
I do think I’ll need to look into that primer. I got some from http://www.eyeslipsface.com, and the pump broke after about three uses. Great stuff, but I couldn’t get it out!
Dana says
I’m actually not a fan of the sideways crosses either. I’m not even Christian (hey Julie – whatever happened to that Hanukah post you were talking about on Facebook? ;)), but as a religion major in college, I do know that the different placement of the cross means different things (eg, the upside down cross is often affiliated with the Satanic Church). I just think that if it were supposed to be representative of my religion and my savior, I’d want it right side up.
Rachel says
I have a great stationery find that is helping raise money for Sandy!
The shop is on Etsy and all stationery was created by some amazing indie designers from Minted!! All proceeds are going to the Red Cross! I have ordered some already and plan to order more soon.

Meghan @ After the Ivy League says
Great gift ideas! Unfortunately all I did was think about how much I want all these things! And not who I could buy them for…woops! Love those cheesy Christmas shirts…I have a Grinch tshirt I wear every Christmas eve!
Robyn says
I personally do not have my own shop that give back, however, one of my favorite Etsy shops does! Brighter Day, run by Whitney Newby of elmstreetlife.com, sells handmade bags, clutches and earrings. Everything is so dang cute and pretty affordable, too!
She donates 10% of the proceeds that come from sales to the International Justice Mission, which works to secure justice for victims of modern-day slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression.
peanutbutterfingers says
her stuff is so cute! thanks for sharing!

Sara @ The Foodie Diaries says
My grandma made me a quilt like the one above with all of my old sorority shirts. I love it! Alot of the shirts I don’t wear anymore, but it’s fun having a blanket that memoralizes some of my best memories in college 🙂

Sonja @ The {Happy} Travel Bug says
I’ve been saving my kids favorite clothes and all their school shirts since they were little and plan on having one of those quilts made as a graduation gift. I LOVE that idea! You have lots of great ideas, but still nothing for my mother-in-law. I am really struggling this year on her gift. When I asked her what she wanted she said a face lift and tummy tuck! 🙂 My husband has no ideas either. ARGH!
Julie @ Peanut Butter Fingers says
i’m struggling with my mother-in-law’s gift, too… and we’re celebrating christmas with them tomorrow! i have a couple of little ideas, but feel like i’m missing the one “big ticket” item. what about tickets to a concert or musical? or a massage or pedicure?
Sonja @ The {Happy} Travel Bug says
Ooh, I like the ticket idea. I will look for tickets to something in her area. Thanks so much! I hope you figure something out…and soon.

My family owns a unique flower shop in Melbourne, FL called The Ultimate Rose and Fiesta Roses – http://www.fiestaroses.com – we have farms in Ecuador where we grow roses and have a special process to stem-dye them, For Christmas we have Red, Green and White roses where each petal is a different color. We also have Hanukkah roses! We would love to donate $5 from every order sold from your website to a charity of your choice for Christmas! We host an Christmas party called “Christmas in a Pack” for the homeless in Brevard County every year and have used this as a way to raise money for this cause in the past.
