- Pet Rescue Instagram or Facebook Pages
I love it when social media is used as a tool for good! If you are looking to rescue a pet, check out Facebook or Instagram to stay up-to-date with rescue organizations near you! If you are a vizsla lover, check out Vizsla_Rescue on Instagram. The feed is constantly updated with sweet vizslas like Beau from Jonestown, Texas (pictured above) who need homes all over the United States.
If you love Shark Week as much as we do in our house, you might enjoy this shark quiz Ryan and I found on CNN. The fact about tiger shark babies = FREAKY!
- My Favorite Old Navy Running Pullover
Thank you so much to the fabulous Shawna for letting me know that my favorite Old Navy running pullover is available again! I bought it in gray last January and wore it waaay too much, so I jumped at the chance to get it in black when Shawna told me it was for sale on their website again. (I used the code ONSAVENOW to save 15 percent, too! Gotta love that!) I completely agree with the reviews from other buyers who said it is slimming (it’s tighter in the chest, but skims over the tummy) and it’s perfect for layering on top of a tank or t-shirt in the colder months.
- Cinnamon Pecan Bark
Oh Publix, you’ve done it again! I found this cinnamon pecan bark in the bakery section of our local Publix earlier this week and could not keep my fingers out of the bag.
For the second week in a row, these sandwiches have popped up on our dinner menu. They’re ridiculously easy to make and so, so good!
This is a fun one for my fellow Friends fanatics out there! I got 8/10 and am not sure whether I should feel proud or ashamed.
Lips like butter! I love this stuff and keep it in the nightstand beside my bed so I remember to layer it on before I go to sleep. It makes my lips feel super soft and it’s definitely a new favorite!
Based on a recommendation from my friend Brittany, I purchased this hairspray a couple of months ago and it’s now my go-to hairspray. I use it whenever I curl my hair and, assuming the humidity in Florida isn’t horrific, it really does help keep my curls or loose waves in tact.

I found this gem on Pinterest and could not stop laughing… mainly because I know it’s something Ryan and I would totally do. We’re not expecting a baby any time soon, but I can assure you that if we ever did the whole maternity photo shoot thing at our house, Sadie would wiggle her way into 99 percent of the photos.

I love Big Sexy hairspray and I have a husband who can be a bit of a goof. We were in the grocery store and were walking past the health and beauty aisle when his eye landed on the words Big Sexy. Soooo he proceeded to SPRAY himself with the hair spray thinking it was some sort of cologne. He was so proud of himself and came running up to me with the can to ask how he smelled. I just fell out laughing and walked away…..<3
Like so many of you. The FRIENDS quiz was my fave! I can’t believe how many I knew and said out loud just by looking at the pic! I miss you FRIENDS, great bit of nostalgia to start the weekend. 🙂
And I got 10/10 right on the Friends quiz. Not sure if I should make that public knowledge! I SO love that show!
And I really need that pullover! (Probably x2!)
