“To and fro, stop and go, that’s what makes the world go ‘round…”
I’ve had that song from The Sword and the Stone in my head all day because I feel like I’ve been driving to and fro(m) the gym all day! First, I was there a little after 5 a.m. for my leg workout and then I returned again for work and teaching and I’m about to go back as soon as this post is published for some evening fitness assessments. Lots of back and forth today!
Lunch
As for today’s lunch, leftovers made it a no-brainer.
I reheated a serving of lightened up meatball casserole once I arrived home after teaching water fitness.
I made the casserole on Sunday since it was such a hit in our house a few weeks ago and it was the perfect midday meal.
I wanted a little something sweet once I was done eating and topped a cup of key lime pie Greek yogurt with walnuts and crushed graham crackers.
Sweet tooth = Satisfied!
Back to work!

Yum! Key lime is my favorite! I thought this post may have been about fro-yo! Haha
The yogurt with graham crackers sounds delightful! I never thought to do that!
The first line of your post made my day–The Sword in the Stone is so rarely referenced, and it is my favorite Disney movie! 🙂
Busy busy! Key like is my all time favorite flavor 🙂
LOVE your idea to crush graham crackers into your yogurt!! I totally need to try that!
Okay, now I have to try and find the Sword and the Stone to watch. I probably haven’t seen that movie in 15 years! And I STILL cannot find the keylime chobani! Keeping my eyes peeled!
Chobani’s key lime is one of my favorites! I love putting white chocolate chips in it as a midnight snack 🙂
Do you like going back and forth to work all day?
I made that casserole last week after seeing it on the blog! Fiance and I both looooovved it!
I knew I recognized that line from somewhere! 😉 I’ve been super busy too- school, tutoring a 2nd grader, laundry, psych lab…. I took a rest day today though, so that helped out at least a little! That lunch looks sooo delicious!
The key lime yogurt is my fave one from chobani!!!!! Sooo legit 🙂
I made that casserole this week! Its so good! thanks for sharing!
Mmmmm I need to find that key lime flavor!
Nice Sword and the Stone reference 🙂
Looks like a yummy lunch!
Doesn’t Sadie think you’re such a tease when you go in and out of the house like that all day!?
That casserole looks so good! I may have to give it a try! I have never had the key lime Chobani but considering how much you rave about it, I may also have to give that a try!
That key lime yogurt looks divine! We don’t have it in stores near me yet… so sad
Love making a huge batch of dinner for leftovers! So convenient!
Have you (or any of you other key lime fans) had the Chobani Flip in Key Lime Crumble? It’s delish! It’s a large side of key lime yogurt with a small side of graham cracker crumbles and mini white chocolate chips that you “flip” over into the yogurt. It’s a perfect sweet treat! I highly recommend it! 🙂
Sometimes re-heated lunch tastes even better than dinner the night before!!! 🙂
I LOVE The Sword in the Stone!! So glad other fans are out there! And I definitely need to get my hands on the key lime pie flavor. Yum!
that little ‘dessert’ looks awesome! healthy treats are the way to go 🙂
I love all things key lime 🙂 looks like a great sweet tooth satisfier!

I feel like that everyday. Back and forth, all over the place. I love your connection to the song though, I am gonna start singing that during my commute. Have a great day!
