If you love yoga and you love Kashi, I think you are going to be incredibly pumped about today’s giveaway!
This summer, Kashi is partnering with Wanderlust Yoga Festivals to celebrate mindful living and empower people to live a healthy lifestyle. When I was approached by Kashi and Wanderlust and learned about this partnership and their mission, I knew I wanted to be involved in some capacity.
For those of you who may be unfamiliar with Wanderlust, it is the fast-growing yoga lifestyle brand behind the five summer festivals that take place across the United States and Canada.
This year, festivals are popping up in Stratton (June 19-22), Aspen-Snowmass (July 3-6), Squaw Valley (July 17-20), Whistler (July 31-August 4) and Tremblant (August 21-24).
Wanderlust Festivals offers yoga, music, outdoor hikes, adventure runs, kayaking, paddleboarding, biking, lectures and more. I will be attending two days of the festival at the Stratton Mountain Ski Resort in Bondville, Vermont at the end of June and I would love to have you join me! (Be sure to check out the giveaway at the bottom of this post!)
Wanderlust Festivals promise to be an adventure for your body, mind and soul. The festivals bring together the world’s leading yoga teachers, top musical acts, renowned speakers, exquisite chefs and exciting performers. Attendees have the option of attending one day or several days for a multi-day mountaintop retreat experience. When researching the festival I am going to attend in Vermont, I found myself feeling more and more excited about the festival when I realized I will have the chance to not only immerse myself in music and yoga but also participate in adventure hikes, mountain runs and informative lectures about a variety of topics including nutrition, motivation and more.
Here’s a tiny glimpse at what’s happening from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Friday during the Stratton Mountain Festival:
There’s no shortage of things to do, huh!?
I’ve also been told that there will be no shortage in delicious food to eat!
In 2014, Wanderlust’s sustainable dining experience will be more prominent than ever and will feature Farm-to-Table dinners, high-end mountaintop dining created with fresh, locally grown foods and Wanderlust wine. A number of brands will also be on hand to provide attendees with samples, including Kashi. I am excited to partner with Kashi and Wanderlust and can’t wait to attend the festival and bring you guys along for the ride!
And that brings us to today’s fun (and delicious!) giveaway.
One PBF reader will win two tickets to the Stratton Mountain Wanderlust Festival in Bondeville, Vermont and will also receive a Kashi prize pack full of goodies I selected myself based on my personal favorites!
You can expect to receive lots of delicious samples including the following:
- Kashi Chocolate Chip Chia Crunchy Granola and Seed Bars
These crunchy bars are my new favorite! I love them on their own or crumbled on top of a cup of creamy Greek yogurt.
- Kashi GOLEAN Crisp Cinnamon Crumble Cereal
The Non-GMO Project verified cereal contains 11 grams of protein and no artificial additives, preservatives or ingredients. Most cereal leaves me starving an hour later, but this one has staying power! Bonus points for maintaining crispiness when soaked in a bowl of milk!
- Kashi GOLEAN Crunch Cereal
I’ve been buying this fiber-packed cereal for years and still adore it! I frequently use it as a granola substitute and sprinkle it on top of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese as a great afternoon snack!

Good luck!
I love your blog Julie! – What i love most about yoga is the way it makes me feel during and after the class emotionally. I always push myself harder in yoga than anything else because of the mental benefits.
I love how relaxed and stretched out I feel after yoga!
I love the feeling of complete relaxation after I am done!
I love that yoga helps me focus and enjoy the quiet time it offers.
I love how I always feel so relaxed and less stressed after a good yoga session!
How peaceful I feel all day afterwards!
I always leave yoga feeling like my senses are more alive.
How weird, I was seriously JUST looking into Wanderlust today! What a privilege it would be to win such an amazing giveaway 🙂 Yoga started out as a way to stretch my tight muscles from strength training, but has quickly evolved into a way for me to focus on the PRESENT, be content in any situation and really just enjoy my life to the fullest with a deep appreciation for what surrounds me!
I love the feeling after!
Can I just say that I love the idea of Yoga and I’ve only recently started researching DVD’s to try at home. I’ve always wanted to add Yoga to my fitness routine and this retreat sounds AMAZING!
I love yoga because it can heal mostly anything.
I’ve loved and practiced yoga for many years. As a new mom, right now I love yoga most for giving me some peaceful “me” time!
I love that yoga benefits my body AND mind!
I love the clarity it gives me. I can walk into class so confused and stressed and walk out knowing the right answer for me and trusting my intuition. It’s never easy, but it’s always exactly what you need.
I love that yoga has taught me a new way of thinking and approaching life – and the physical benefits don’t hurt either!
What an awesome giveaway! I love yoga because being able to clear my mind is not something that comes easily. Practicing yoga is a continual reminder to make time for myself and stop worrying.
I love how yoga contributes to my overall health! I feel like I can do things athletically that I couldn’t achieve by working out alone!
Whenever I do yoga, I always start out feeling self-conscious about my seemingly inflexible stretching and awkward movements compared to others – but by the end of a session, I’m completely at ease, feeling so strong and confident. I love yoga’s ability to restore me, and take away my insecurities and self-criticism, and allow me to see the bigger picture.
I love how my mind and body feel strong and relaxed post yoga. I always finish a class feeling like I have done something great for myself.
I love yoga because it’s an escape from stress and worries – after practicing I feel so much more relaxed and strong! This festival sounds amazing!!
I feel rejuvenated and relaxed after yoga! It’s a great way to break up workouts and feels so good the day after a long run.
What I love most about yoga is that it’s always exactly what you need it to be. If your body is craving a deep stretch, it will give you that. If you want to get your heart pumping and build strength, it can do that too.
What I love most about yoga is being able to let go of what’s going on in my life for that moment and just be able to be. It’s an incredible feeling.
I love it for the stretching it provides my muscles, especially post-workout 🙂
Wow, awesome giveaway. I love working in to a deep stretch and adjustments from a good instructor. Feels so good afterwards!
I love that it is so relaxing and refreshing. After a yoga session I feel so rejuvenated and feel ready to conquer the world!
I love the way yoga completely relaxes me and I forgot about any stress I may have!
There are so many reasons that I love yoga, but the biggest is how it makes me feel centered and balanced both physically and mentally. The increased flexibility also makes a major difference in my running!
I love hot yoga so much–so good physically and more importantly (for me) mentally!
Yoga allows me to really “let go” and just feel at peace 🙂
I love the way it soothes my anxious mind and stretches my body leaving me with a positive energy and focus for the day!
I love the way yoga stretches and restores the body and mind.
As a runner, yoga really helps me stretch and relax my whole body!
What don’t I love about yoga? If I HAD to choose, I would have to go with the fact that it is incredibly calming to me, mentally, and packs in a good stretch!
I love the way yoga makes me feel after a great practice. I never regret going to a class because I always feel more relaxed and centered. I used to be skeptical of yoga as a workout but I have become a convert. But I have really loved incorporating into my weekly workouts. I would love to learn more about yoga and the wanderlust sounds amazing!
Ummmm…I’ve never actually tried yoga. (Yes, I am the one and only person in the world who hasn’t)
I love that yoga forces me to get out of my head. You are forced to focus on your movements and breathing, not everything else going on in your life at the moment. Headed to a hot yoga class now!
I love that yoga is the one (well, what seems like sometimes) environment where it’s okay if you can’t successfully nail a pose, or excel one day, but struggle the next. I had a yoga instructor explain once that getting better at yoga is a lot like a positive stock market trend, the line goes up, but it staggers along the way as you improve your practice, and I try to be really mindful of that whenever I attend a class or practice on my own.
I love the way yoga makes me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. It has also helped my running because of the increase of my flexibility.
I love that it forces me to slow down if only for an hour.
The calmness
I love yoga (ESPECIALLY hot yoga) because it pushes me out of my comfort zone. Things like running or cardiovascular exercises come more easily to me and yoga is a way to really challenge myself. It’s especially nice after a week of hard workouts 🙂
Yoga not only strengths me physically but also emotionally and spiritually.
I love how it allows me to forget about everything else in the world so that I can take the time focus and concentrate on myself! I always feel rejuvenated when I leave.
I love that I can actually relax and shut my brain off while practicing yoga! And I love that is helps my stiff body stretch out a bit.
I love how yoga helps my muscles feel stronger for running. When I first started running, my legs were so tight and I never thought I could continue. When I incorporate yoga in my routine, it changes everything!
i do yoga daily as a way to clear my mind and just focus on breathing and stretching for an hour i love how much more relaxed and focused i am at the end of class! such an amazing practice!
I love the inner peace it gives me. Whenever I leave yoga I feel grounded and calm and centered. Love the high energy workouts but something about yoga makes you feel good inside and out 🙂
I love how yoga leaves me feeling relaxed and more in tune with my body.
I love how yoga does such an amazing job of stretching out my tight running muscles! I always feel ten times better afterwards!
